Terms of Service

By booking a session or purchasing from C41 Photography, you agree to the following terms:

2. Booking and Payment

Session fees are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment.
Artwork and prints are priced separately and are final once ordered.
Payment is due at the time of ordering unless otherwise arranged in writing.
One gift certificate per family and cannot be combined with any other offer.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Rescheduling requires at least 72 hours notice.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Anything later than 20 minutes will require a new appointment time with new deposit or session fee.
No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours result in forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Copyright & Usage

C41 Photography retains copyright on all images and may use them for marketing unless otherwise agreed.
Clients receive personal-use rights only for purchased images. No resale, reproduction, or commercial use without written consent.

5. Image Archiving

Images are archived for up to 3 months post-session. Ordered images are archived into our system and any reorders will require an archival fee put towards your order.
We encourage timely ordering and reordering within this period.

6. Production Timeline

Please allow 5–7 weeks for completion of custom artwork. Rush options may be available at an extra fee.
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products. Please notify us within 7 days of any material defect for resolution.
Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final at the time of purchase.

8. Liability

C41 Photography is not liable for injury or damage occurring during sessions.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions as needed.

9. SMS & Email Communication

By booking, you consent to receive SMS and email messages from C41 Photography regarding your sessions, orders, and promotions. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

10. Terms Updates

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website.
